• Due to the nature of the dyeing process, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garments even after the first wash. We therefore strongly recommend washing these garments only with like-colored garments, as some of the pigment dyes may stain light-or white-colored garments in the wash cycle. Washing the garments in cold water will reduce the possibility of staining. Shade variations are inherent in the garment dyeing process. Our garments are pre-shrunk during the garment dye and wash processes for almost no shrinkage at home.

• Please allow 5-6 business days for your order to be processed.
• Once your order ships please allow 7-10 business days for all Domestic orders and 7-14 business days for all International orders.

All Sales Are Final Policy:

All sales are final.  We will provide a refund or replacement for a product that is damaged in transit or if you received an incorrect item.

Refunds/Replacements:  To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please send a picture of your damaged or incorrect item to support@districtlines.com within 24hrs  of your order being delivered.

Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and will make sure your refund is issued OR a replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
